Last week I had the pleasure of speaking with AdWeek about the impact PPP loans are having on M&A deals. The reality is there is still a lot of uncertainty about how forgiveness can be impacted--it all comes down to the specific deal structure and the timing. "When" and "how" can make all the difference in whether a PPP loan is ultimately forgiven or whether it has to be repaid in full.
