Farming is a necessary and vital business to the American economy. Profitable farming however, is often held hostage by factors outside the farmer's control, such as weather or trade. One way for the farmer to take control back is reorganizing the entire farming operation through bankruptcy protection. It is an opportunity to take a breath, evaluate the business and develop strategies designed to give the farm a fresh start.
