Colligan Law was honored to represent HF Industrial Park (HFIP), LLC in connection with its acquisition of the former Sumitomo Rubber USA manufacturing campus in Tonawanda, N.Y.  Our congratulations go out to HFIP leadership for their vision in reimagining the facility.

HF Industrial Park officials said they view this as “a natural evolution” for the former plant, as they transform it into a “future hub of manufacturing activity and innovation."  The acquisition will continue the industrial park's legacy, creating a hub of rubber-adjacent manufacturing which will house regional, national and international businesses.
