As part of this year's New York State Farm Show (running from February 27-29 at the New York State Fairgrounds in Syracuse, NY), David Colligan, attorney with Colligan Law LLP will discuss  “Rights and Responsibilities of Landowners”. Owning land brings certain legal responsibilities and possible liabilities. Learn what you need to know about maintaining boundaries, trespass, easements, zoning, renewable energy leasing, succession planning, etc.

Colligan Law will also have a table at the Expo building during all three days of the Farm Show.

The New York Farm Show is the leading farm show in the Northeast since 1985. : Free parking and shuttle buses run all day to all six of the farm show buildings.
